Video: Behind every performance

This video is a sports profile. The main aim of the sports profile was to try work with more motion shot instead of the usual rigid still where people just always talk into the camera.

Luckily for me I found Minenhle Twalo, a Wits student and gymnast. What better way to learn how to work with motion shots than a sports like rhythmic gymnastics where movement is the name of the game.

Editing, sound and camera operation were all done by me.

Video: Wits SRC elections 2016

Wits university students took to the polls on August 23 and 24, 2016, where they voted for their new Student Representative Council (SRC).

The Progressive Youth Alliance (PYA), Project W and the Economic Freedom Fighter’s (EFF) all hoped to win a majority of the 15 positions on the SRC.

The voting had to be extended by a day as the quorum had not been reached. Voting took place across all Wits campuses.
